Vegetable soup with green peas
| Number of servings - 2 Ingredients: Carrot - 1 pc. (peeled and diced) Broth - 2 cups Green peas - 2 tsp Boiled egg - 1 pc. (halved) Salt and ground black pepper to taste |
| Directions: In a small saucepan pour the broth and bring to boil. Add carrots, green peas and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste and cook until ready. Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with egg. Ready in: 20 minutes. |
