Recipe of Potato Soup with Sorrelby Kagome India Kagome Foods India

Potatoes - 3-4 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Sorrel - 1 bunch (chopped)
Broth - 6 cups
Carrot - 1 pc. (peeled and diced)
Parsley root - 1 pc. (peeled and diced)
Onions - 1 pc. (peeled and finely chopped)
Leeks - 1-2 stalks (chopped)
Butter - 1 tbsp
Herbs to taste
Melt the butter in a frying pan, saute onions, carrot and parsley root.
Pour the broth to the saucepan and bring to a boil. Add sauteed vegetables and potatoes. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Add sorrel to the soup 5 minutes before the end of cooking and salt to taste.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with herbs to taste.
Ready in: 30 minutes.
