Recipe of Tomato Soup with Bacon and Croutons
Number of servings - 4
Ingredients:
Water - 4 cups
Bacon - 5 oz (finely sliced)
Tomatoes - 4 pcs. (coarsely grated) Buy Now
Garlic 3-4 cloves (finely chopped)
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Flour - 1-2 tsp
Croutons to taste
Dried basil
Dill and parsley to taste (chopped)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Ingredients:

Directions:
Slightly fry bacon in a pan, add garlic, tomatoes and simmer 2 minutes. Pour tomato paste and flour, stir well and simmer 5 minutes.
Pour water to saucepan, add contents of frying pan and simmer 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with dried basil and remove from heat.
Pour cooked soup in bowls, add croutons and garnish with chopped greens.
Ready in: 35 minutes.
