The National Basketball Association (NBA) and the upcoming playoffs is one of the most exciting happenings in countless bookmakers online. All the excitement and high-level competition makes a sports bet quite enticing for fans and bettors alike.

As such, one of the most popular bookmakers online provides updates and information for the latest news, reports and insights about the players and teams in the league. In addition, there are also previews and predictions for the games in collaborating websites and blogs.

The March 22 schedule of the NBA has eleven games. There are really no high-profile matchups between the best teams but the games to be played have some very interesting implications to the playoff race. As such, the games are going to be as exciting as the games between the bests. Anyway, here are the matchup previews and predictions, as well as the possibility of an upset, for Friday in the NBA.

New York Knicks over Toronto Raptors

Although the recent injuries for the Knicks are worrisome, they are still a good team with solid players at all positions. With the return of Anthony, the Knicks will have the advantage in this one. Still, there’s a significant room for upset. The roster for the Raptors are decent and only time is the hurdle for them to play better.

Oklahoma City Thunder over Orlando Magic

The Thunder should be fuming right now after two straight losses. The Magic will be the target of their deflected anger. No upset right here.

Indiana Pacers over Milwaukee bucks

Bucks have improved but consistency is still an issue with offense. The stifling Pacer defense is going to punish them. Upset is highly unlikely.

Atlanta Hawks over Portland Trail Blazers

The Blazers is a mystery. If you look at the team, they have some pretty good players in key positions. Although the Hawks are favored in this matchup, an upset is likely to happen.

Miami Heat over Detroit Pistons

The only reason the Heat can lose this game is if they are fed up with the streak, and seeing how they reacted with the win in Cleveland, it doesn’t seem like they want to end the winning. The Heat should defeat the Pistons without much worry. The chance of an upset is almost zero in this one.

There’s the first part of the predictions for March 22 you can refer to while joining bookmakers online. Check out the second part for more predictions and previews.
