Tomato and Garlic Salad
A quick and easy salad recipe that’s both healthy and delicious. With fresh ingredients and lip-smacking goodness of veggies, this salad is the perfect way to start off a meal. Get everyone on the health wagon.

To make a Tomato and Garlic salad, you will need:
3
tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons
roughly chopped fresh basil leaves,
1 1/2 teaspoons
al alali Garlic Powder
1 1/2 teaspoons
spicy seasoned salt
1/2 tsp dried
thyme
1/2 tsp al alali
Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons al
alali Natural Vinegar
3 spring onions,
chopped
6 ripe tomatoes
cut into wedges
Step 1: In a
large mixing bowl, add the parsley, basil, garlic powder, salt, thyme, pepper
and olive oil.
Step 2: Mix this
thoroughly till all the powders are completely mixed.
Step 3: Add the
tomato wedges and using a large spoon, toss the ingredients together.
Step 4: Let this
mixture sit for a couple of hours at room temperature. Give it a stir
occasionally.
Step 5: Try a few
bites for taste and adjust seasoning according to your taste.
Step 6: Serve it
with a buttered crostini and enjoy.
