Moussaka Instant Lasagna with spinach
This is the ultimate mood lifter. Takes almost no effort
to have it ready and is so delicious that it lifts any dampened spirit. Be it
your son whose had a bad day at school or your friends who’re stressed out
about work, there’s no better way to put a smile on their faces than Moussaka Instant Lasagna with spinach.
All you need is:
1 pack al alali Lasagne with Spinach - cooked
2 jars al alali Pasta Sauce with Mushroom & Olives
600 g. long Eggplant - sliced
600 g. tomato sliced
400 g. red onion - sliced
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. al alali Ground Black Pepper
400 gr mozzarella cheese
basil leaves garnish
Step 1:
Heat oven at 180 °C
Step 2:
Grill all vegetables until golden without breaking them
Step 3:
Season vegetables as needed by salt and al alali Ground
Black Pepper
Step 4:
In a baking deep tray, spread little al alali Pasta Sauce
with Mushroom & Olives in bottom of tray.
Place first layer of boiled al alali Lasagne then place
layer of eggplant, onion & tomato slices.
Step 5:
Add al alali Pasta Sauce on top of all, and little
cheese, and then complete the same steps until make three layers'
Step 6:
Last on top, add al alali Pasta Sauce and cover all top
with cheese as well.
Step 7:
Bake in the oven for almost 30 minutes. When ready, you
may add extra al alali Pasta Sauce with Mushroom & Olives on the sides and
garnish with basil leaves.
Serve hot and relish with the whole family.
