Description: This

flavourful. Whether the
friends are over for because it’s a weekend or if the family’s visiting for the
monthly get together. This is one dish is the quickest way to make a lasting
impression. There’s no easier way to come off as an experienced connoisseur.

What you need
for the Bread sour and sweet fish is:
Fish:
1 kg fish fillets, such as cod, haddock, or sea bass
Marinade:
1 tsp. salt
1 large egg white
1 tbsp. al alali Corn Flour
Sauce:
1 cup chicken broth prepare from al alali Chicken Stock
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsps. al alali Tomato Paste
3 tbsps. al alali Natural vinegar
3 tbsps. Granulated sugar
1 tbsp. al alali Corn Starch mixed with 2 tbsp water
other:
110g al alali Garden Peas drained
1 red bell pepper
1 tbsp. ginger, finely chopped
2 tbsps. green onions, diagonally chopped
2 - 4 cups oil
Directions:
Step 1: Rinse
the fillets and dry before cutting them into 2-inch squares
Step 2:
Add the fish to the marinade ingredients and al alali Corn Flour. Marinate for 15 minutes
Step 3:
Mix chicken broth prepared from al alali Chicken Stock, soy sauce, al alali
Tomato Paste, al alali Natural Vinegar and sugar and dissolve al alali corn
flour in water in a separate bowl.
Step 4:
Deseed bell peppers and chop them into cubes.
Step 5:
Deep-fry the marinated fish cubes until they turn golden brown. Add ginger and
green onion; stir-fry for around 30 seconds. Then add al alali garden peas and
bell peppers. Stir fry for a minute more.
Step 6:
Place the vegetables to the side and add the sauce in the middle. Add the al
alali corn flour water. Stir until it thickens.
Step 7:
Your sour and sweet fish with vegetables is ready to be served.
