7 Step Moussaka Lasagna
When the weather outside gets a little chilly, there’s
nothing like a warm and savory delicacy to set the mood. The Moussaka Lasagna
is perfect for days like this and is easier to make than you think. Call your
friends and family over to enjoy this delicious dish with you!
What you need is
1 pack al alali Lasagne with Spinach - cooked
2 Jars al alali Pasta Sauce with Mushroom & Olives
600 g. long Eggplant - sliced
600 g. tomato sliced
400 g. red onion - sliced
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. al alali Ground Black Pepper
400 gr mozzarella cheese
Basil leaves garnish
Step 1:
Pre heat
oven at 180 °C
Step 2:
Grill all vegetables until they turn golden

Step 3: Season the
vegetables with l al alali Ground Black Pepper and some salt.

Step 4: Take a deep
baking tray and spread a little al alali Pasta Sauce with Mushroom & Olives
across the bottom.

Step 5: Place boiled al
alali Lasagne as the first layer followed by a layer of eggplant, onion &
tomato slices.
·
Step 6: Add al alali
Pasta Sauce and a little cheese. Repeat this till 3 layers are made and fill up
the left over space on top with al alali Pasta sauce.

Step 7: Bake in the oven
for almost 30 minutes and add a little extra al alali Pasta Sauce with Mushroom
and Olives on the side and garnish with basil leaves.
Serve large helpings so everyone gets to enjoy it to the
fullest.
