UPAVP Brings Another Flat Scheme in Ghaziabad Under Samajwadi Awas Yojna

UP Awas Vikas Parishad has come up with another affordable housing scheme in Ghaziabad under the Samajwadi Awas Yojna of UP government. UPAVP is offering 3680 flats at Gulmohar Enclave under the Mandola Vihar Yojna.

The applications for the scheme will be invited through both online and offline modes from 20 July. The last date of the registrations for the scheme is 20 August 2015. There are a total of 1216 1BHK flats and 2464 2BHK flats in stilt+4 multi-storey buildings.

The cost of 1BHK flats is Rs 11.00 Lakh while the successful applicants will have to pay Rs. 18.10 Lakh to own a 2BHK flat under the new Mandola Vihar scheme. The authority is charging 2% of the cost of the flat as the registration amount.

The registration amount for 1BHK flats is Rs 11000/- while the interested 2BHK applicants will need to deposit Rs. 37000/- as the earnest money.

UPAVP is offering flexible payment plan for the flat winners under the scheme. The winners of the flats will have to pay 5% of the cost of the flat within 30 days after the allotment of the flat.

The 24 equal monthly installments from the next month after the allotment and then 15% of the cost of flat at the time of possession. Rest of the amount can be paid in 96 EMI's.

UPAVP expects a lots of interest from general public for the scheme owing to the reasons such as low earnest money deposit, affordable cost of the flats and most importantly the flexible and easy to follow payment plan.
