In any mlm you need to have a clear mission of what the company has for you and the people you will invite,and again you need not just rely on your upline members to be doing things for you.
MLM is for everyone and not just everyone in that sense,i mean for the ones that needs to help themselves to achieve more success.There are many of them you can just join and be earning a commission by just making your personal order,these are the best ones i can tell you to have yourself in.

Mostly in MLM get involved people who don't know how to start internet business or to lazy to build one. Also people who saw a BIG promises by the companies with unrealistic figures of income. Thousands of people get join this programs, make one payment and leave. But top management wouldn't care they make they money. Next month they will find new believers because they know how to advertise and have money to spend on it too.
In my opinion if you can promote MLM, you can promote your own bus

I really agreed to all your comment,but nowadays MLM has change a dimension it is quite different from the former mlm,you can be making money with it by just doing one or the other thing and it depend on how you look and take it.

So very true. I strongly believe that MLM can work, but, as Philippe said above, it takes time and dedication, just like any business worth its salt. Do not expect to get rich quick. Patience and persistence - in huge doses - are required...

Another member called "Network Marketer" wrote an article a few days ago, he brought some good points as well, I recommend you read it. It shows how motivated we really need to be if the MLM has been around for a long time in our own country and so are well-known already by most people

This is why I always stress product. Yes we know people buy people but the quality of your product and who you can market it to is just as big. That is something many newbies never realize because they are too busy trying to recruit. You need to spend time on getting those product sales too. It's nice to have a down line but not necessary if you can sell that product to interested consumers.
MLM Marketers need to start thinking of the downline as a wonderful thing to have but not a necess
