by Alicia Brown Application Developer

Samsung Galaxy is one of the top quality brands and its latest smartphones do not need any introduction. Samsung continuously releases software and firmware updates to raise its game. It has already updated many of its flagship smartphones under its April 2020 security patch. Now according to the latest buzz, we have got two news: a good and a bad one.

The Good News

The good news is that Samsung is rolling out a new firmware update to its mid-range devices Galaxy A50 along with the latest month security patch.

The most recent firmware update comes in as variant A505FNXXS4ATD1, and it's launching in various European markets. The size of the recent update is 112MB. The rundown incorporates Austria, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Nordic nations, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK.

The Bad News

The firmware update is amazeballs, albeit it won’t be pushing Android 10 on Galaxy A50 in Europe for the time being. Users still need to wait for the long-awaited release of Android 10 operating system. Although Google's latest OS is missing, your device is expected to improve.

You can trust that the update notice will show up on your smartphone, or endeavor to trigger the update manually from the Settings app by navigating Software update and tapping Download and Install. You can also refer to our Galaxy A50 firmware archive, download the most recent version and install it on your smartphone using a Windows PC. If you choose to move from any of your old smartphones to a new one, download the latest restore messages app to transfer your important SMS and MMs messages.
