By Road: 63 km from Bangalore city, it takes 1 hour 30 minutes to reach Nandi Hills. There are Government and Private Buses that run from Bangalore.
By Rail: Nearest railway station Chikkaballapur, 42 km away, and takes about 0.5-1 hour to reach.

Savandurga, Karnataka

One of the largest monoliths in the world, this hill station is supposed to be located around 4025 feet above sea level. A popular trekking spot is situated 60 km to the west of the city of Bangalore.

It consists of two hills, the white and the black hill, that offer a gentle and rough slope suited for any trekkers. Savandurga hills make for a tranquil and picturesque trek and overlook a beautiful lotus pond. A pleasant tourist spot, Savandurga is a must-see place.

By Road: There are two options to travel to Savandurga, i.e., private vehicle or Bus. You can either take Mysore Road or Magadi Road.
By Rail: Take a train up to Magadi. Savandurga and Magadi are around 12 km away from each other.

BR Hills

One of Karnataka’s popular hill stations in the BR Hills. Located about 175 kilometers away from Bangalore, BR Hills, officially called the Biligiriranga Hills, is a hill range.

By Road: 217 km away from Bangalore, you can catch a bus from the KSRTC Satellite Bus Stand to reach BR Hills. It will take you roughly 4-5 hours to reach your destination.

Ooty, Tamil Nadu
