Step 1: First of all, open the Make My Trip WhatsApp chat window.

Step 2: Then, over here, you will need to type the train number and send it. It does not require you to type any additional texts just like we did while checking PNR status. Instead, you will need to type down the train status only.

So in case if your train number is 454545, then simply type down the number and send it.

Step 3: Once you are done sending the message, wait for a while, and it will bring you all the details that you might need. Like, you will get details like the departure station, expected arrival time, and so on.
