Varicose Veins: Natural Treatment

Exercise
Walking is a great way to encourage blood to flow from the legs to the rest of the body.
During exercise the walls of the blood vessels contract, the blood flows freely in the blood vessels, pushing the venous blood up the body.

Avoid Sitting or Standing for a Long Time 
If you sit for most of the day, be sure to get up and move your legs slightly every 30 minutes. Prolonged standing can also impair blood flow from the legs, so it is advisable to avoid this by moving the legs in this position as well.

Mixing Lemon and Olive Oil
You can make this mixture by mixing lemon peels with olive oil.
Cook the oil on a low heat for 10 minutes and let it cool.
Then apply the product created on the area where the veins are visible and wait; Applying the oil will soothe the swelling of the blood vessels and improve its flow.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is the most well-known home remedy for treating prominent veins and it helps to reduce the swelling in the blood vessels and thus increase the flow in them.
To treat the spider veins soak a bandage in the apple cider vinegar and wrap the desired area with it. It is recommended to leave it on the body for half an hour and repeat the operation twice a day until you notice a change.
