Cherry juice

Cherry juice is a drink based on the fruits of cherry and almond trees.
This drink has ingredients that contribute a lot to the health and relief of arthritis.
In a study in which 58 participants were divided into those who drank 8 bottles of cherry juice, those who received a placebo, the first group had a significant decrease in signs of inflammation and arthritis symptoms.
In another study, drinking cherry juice daily for 3 weeks resulted in a reduction in inflammatory marker levels in 20 women with osteoarthritis.
Incorporating cherry juice in a diet adapted to reduce inflammation in the body, can alleviate the symptoms of arthritis. It is recommended to consume natural and sugar-free cherry juice.

Moderate exercise
Moderate exercise reduces pain and swelling.
Activities such as swimming, walking, and cycling are definitely recommended.

Green Tea
