By purchasing from Amazon with zero percent financing, free shipping and a return policy that allows for free pick up within a month of purchase and zero replenishment fees, unlike many other chairs sold on Amazon that charge for Return fee and a 20% restocking fee Basically making your purchase not refundable. Although my property is limited to a week to date, which means I do not know how much the chair resists over time, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Aesthetically, the chair needs a refinement. The light gray contrast with the dark gray leaves is much to be desired. It's nice that the leg rests and arms are washable.

With its L-Track, heated calf and back, foot rollers, airbag massage, two stretch modes and five back massage styles, you'll be delighted with your purchase.

Shopping was quick and easy until it arrived at the front door. The box is too large to enter a conventional door. The chair had to be pulled out and then brought. There are two wheels on the rear base, however, unless you move it on a flat surface without bumps or obstacles, you will probably find it difficult to position it. The chair fits well in a corner, but not by a single wall, as it rises far enough to allow the tilt.

I would highly recommend this item as there are no cheaper alternatives with the same suite of features.
