It's so rare for a device to be beautifully designed and works perfectly, I don't know what to think the results I've had with this machine. My House is the ultimate test for a carpet cleaner: many people live here, the weather is rainy, extremely muddy conditions and nature arrives on our doorstep. Before using this machine, we had our carpets cleaned twice in this place and countless times before that and other residences, all with success without interest. Commercial carpet cleaners can take days completely dry, leave strong chemical odors behind them (or the acrid smell of wet hair), bulky and noisy and clean up are a chore. How to stack the Bissel? PUT IN PLACE Child's play. The instructions are clear and the machine itself if well designed, I feel confident that anyone could understand this. The cleaning solution is provided and for our apartment's size medium, we used about half of the bottle. The machine is lightweight (relatively) easy to push around (actually sort of fun), and implemented in a manner almost lego, using compartments that lock and unlock with gratifying simplicity. CLEANING. Fantastic. We came out more dirt from our carpet than the previous two combined cleaning. Very old stains of gasoline are released, food stains, weird black marks I have no idea where to go, you name it. The carpets have honestly never looked so terrible, not even when we moved. The texture of the carpet is now light and fluffy, to the point where everyone keeps stroking (annoying). My brother is autistic high level and is very sensitive to chemical smells and initially refused to have its parts cleaned. When he saw the rest of the House he thought better of it, and very minimal smoke does not bother him at all. THE SUITE It is remarkably fast for us, the carpet and couch (more on that in a moment) were dry in about two hours of drying. This report at noon in the past with commercial cleaners. My father also used the magic wand to go along the way area, drawing more than dirt in the blackest area of our House. The difference was amazing. CONCLUSION This machine is expensive but very useful if you have the room and we will use it more than once a year. If I could say anything negative I would; overwhelming positive reviews make me always suspicious, personally. But there is nothing bad to say. This review does not include the wear and tear of the machine; We use it only a few times in the past months. Eventually, he will perform differently 5 or 10 years from now. But for now, I could not recommend the Bissell plus. If you are tired of buying things that do not work and that apparently were designed by incompetent aliens of the planet, then the Bissel carpet cleaner will be a pleasant surprise.
