Blaming age and metabolism are pain in the neck. Constantly finding excuses rather than finding solutions only results in gaining additional weight over time. It’s always the right time to do something about your physical appearance. If you want to look and feel good, work on it right away.

When was the last time you did a reality check? You are may be suffering from the following:


Lazy

Too busy with your work, career or social life? You will always find time for things that you want to achieve. Though losing weight really does take time and a lot of effort, an hour a day or even just a few minutes, as long as it’s done continuously everyday can make a change. Stop making excuses and burn those fats away.


Arrogance

No one said that being fat is ugly and being slim is everything. What we’re trying to point out here is that unwanted fats is not good for your health. Don’t be overly defensive with yourself but look at it on a positive light. A good face, right attitude and fit body will always be intimidating -- be a role model. Instead of thinking people are body shaming you, prove them wrong and make that change today.


Lacks Knowledge

Even if online resources are available, most people find it hard to land on the best exercise routine for them. Why? Simply because they don’t know what they need, and they don’t know where to start. This is sad but true. They only search for exercise that can guarantee fast result, but in reality, overnight is not enough. If you are amongst the statistics who doesn’t have the talent to pick what’s best for your body, then go and visit a 24 7 gym instead. Get yourself a personal trainer, follow instructions, eat right, and everything else will follow.


Lacks Discipline

We all love to eat, but this doesn’t give you the permission to indulge much in one day. If you can wake up the next day, believe it or not, you can feed yourself the same food that you ate yesterday. Avoid making nonsensical reasons like “ÿou only live once;” it’s probably right, if you will not take care of your health today, you might perish early. Take only small amounts, and practice self control.


Ask yourself, where will or how long will a bad attitude take you? Can this improve the quality of your life? Will refusing to burn those accumulated unnecessary fats give you peace of mind and contentment? Of course, you have to accept what’s given to you, but keep in mind that we are given brains to do something with ourselves, like improve it, inside and outside, and become an inspiration to others. You always have a choice, make it a good one.
