Though this can be acceptable but not necessarily 100% true. In fact, both male and female can engage in yoga, since this is about honing mental focus and improving flexibility while getting rid of toxins brought about by stress, fatigue, vices and unhealthy lifestyle.

Get A Good Night’s Sleep

After you’ve released all the tension, stress, frustrations, and other negativities in your body, a restful and quality sleep will follow. When you go to bed with no worries in mind, expect that you’ll fall asleep soon as you hit the bed. You don’t need to drain your energy to get that snooze right away, it’s just a matter of being in full control of your mind and emotions.
