How to Treat Anemia Naturally

by Shir G. Founder and CEO at Gutman Herbs

What Is Anemia and What Are the Symptoms
Anemia describes a condition in which a person suffers from a low level of hemoglobin or red blood cells (erythrocytes) relative to the norm of his age and sex. Hemoglobin is made up of a protein called globin and the HEME group that contains iron.
The red blood cells and hemoglobin are responsible for transferring oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body's cells and removing carbon dioxide from the body's cells to the lungs.
A decrease in hemoglobin will cause a decrease in the supply of oxygen to the body tissues and a decrease in the function of the various body systems.
Anemia is mainly manifested by fatigue, weakness, and dizziness. Other signs include headaches, irritability, difficulty concentrating, loss of appetite, rapid heartbeat, and pallor.
