company. It has its existence in India for over 80 years. It has around 20
categories with over 35 brands comprising of shampoos, soaps, packaged foods,
water purifiers, ice creams, coffee and cosmetic products etc. HUL has 16000
employees working with it with an annual turnover of 25, 206 crores. It is part
of Unilever which is the strongest FMCG company expanded in 100 countries.
Unilever has around 67.25 percent share in HUL. It has a clear vision of meeting
everyday needs of its customers by reaching them with the customized products

I have worked with the company as an HR Manager for 4 consistent years. This company gave me a lot knowledge, engagement and development of its employees. In this assignment, this organization is taken into account and discussion about the employability skills would be introduced in the 4 tasks. These would be responsibility and performance, interpersonal skills, time management strategies, motivational techniques, team dynamics and problem solving skills.
It has been
