HUL is one of the largest fast moving consumer goods company. It has its existence in India for over 80 years. It has around 20 categories with over 35 brands comprising of shampoos, soaps, packaged foods, water purifiers, ice creams, coffee and cosmetic products etc. HUL has 16000 employees working with it with an annual turnover of 25, 206 crores. It is part of Unilever which is the strongest FMCG company expanded in 100 countries. Unilever has around 67.25 percent share in HUL. It has a clear vision of meeting everyday needs of its customers by reaching them with the customized products as per their requirements. Few of the products of the company are presented as under:

I have worked with the company as an HR Manager for 4 consistent years. This company gave me a lot knowledge, engagement and development of its employees. In this assignment, this organization is taken into account and discussion about the employability skills would be introduced in the 4 tasks. These would be responsibility and performance, interpersonal skills, time management strategies, motivational techniques, team dynamics and problem solving skills. 

It has been taking continuous efforts in making the employees set their targets, objectives and the strategies. They are taking care of all of their employees and meeting their day-to-day needs. The company has seen lowest attrition rate in the entire FMCG industry. This is because of its practices, principles and strategies that it has implemented within the organization. Employees are happy as they are motivated and encouraged on regular intervals. They are been kept aware of their growth, career and succession paths in the company. They are following the rules, principles as per the business, management and Human Resource Models of the experts and skilled people in this field.
