Breaking News On My Lead Company
The following is to present facts gathered in my ongoing investigation of My Lead Company and it's CEO, J.R. Jackson. Many of you may recall that I posted an article a few days ago in which I alluded to this company as a possible scam but did not mention them by name. I did not wish to name them until I was able to gather the evidence to support my claims. Please feel free to share this article with everyone you know who may have been seduced by this company.Mr. Jackson has attempted a similar scam before called Streamline International, a health products company. He made a significant amount of money before he was sued by the Federal Trade Commission.
It was also determined that one of the products Mr. Jackson was marketing through Streamline was found to cause liver damage in some individuals. According to the complaint, the product comfrey was not on the FDA's list of safe products and was found to pose a significant risk to humans, including liver damage.
According to published reports, Mr. Jackson settled this case with the FTC.
Streamline was operated in much the same way as My Lead Company is being operated now, with promises of large compensation for those in the program. My Lead Company arrived on the MLM scene and began to amass a huge number of signups by promising "100 Free Leads" to anyone who joined. A short time later Mr. Jackson did in fact provide the "associates" with the free leads. On the evening he released them I was able to determine that he had given all of the "associates" the same list of leads. I broke this information on Skype and was summarily banned from the chat room. In an email dated October 19th, Mr. Jackson sent the following to the MLC "associates":
Scotty I want you to know that we listen to not only our Marketing Associates but our customers as well.
I made a mistake by sending out the "same" leads to multiple people. I thought I had made this clear that the "free leads" were just a sample of the leads we provide.
After talking with a few Marketing Associates and customers I see that I did not make this clear so I'm going to fix this!
Our Marketing Associates and their customers always receive exclusive leads.
Again, I made a mistake and I'm going to fix it. You will receive an email in a few days with a new link where you will be able to download 100 EXCLUSIVE LEADS.
As of this writing, Mr. Jackson has not replaced the leads. When I attempted to ask him about it at the My Lead Company Forum, he refused to answer the question directly.
This morning I attempted to post the FTC complaint link at the MLC forum but in my post the word STREAMLINE came out garbled. It is obvious that Mr. Jackson and staff have taken measures that this information not be revealed to the MLC "associates".
In perhaps the most controversial moment of the MLC fiasco, Jackson announced on a conference call November 2 that "associates" would be responsible for providing the free leads to those who signed up on their websites, which they would have to purchase from MLC. In other words, if 10 people signed up through your link offering the free leads you would need to purchase 1000 leads from Mr. Jackson to give to them. Jackson sells a variety of lead packages, the cheapest being $24.95 for 200.
If you have any further information on MLC and it's deceptive trade practices please pm me or email scottyrushing@gmail.com. I am considering a formal complaint with the FTC on this matter due to the fact that many of my associates became involved with the program.

Very well said, Cheryl.

If someone has been a judgement against them on record there is no question. To defend them is akin to saying that we shouldn't face the fact that a murderer is going to murder someone else simply because they have not yet murdered us. Kind of late to point out the possibility when you are dead. It's the same principle here pointing out that someone has been proven untrustworthy by a judgement from the FTC prevents others from being scammed by them instead of waiting until the damage is done.

The article was never updated in regards to the information originally presented. I agree with your assessment that the facts need to be heard prior to making judgment, but in this case the facts spoke loud and clear. J.R. Jackson was investigated and subjected to a court judgment by the FTC. It's not speculation, but a matter of record. The simply fact is, no one ever wants to admit they were duped so the tendency is to continue making excuses for things even when they are black and white. It's

I'm glad you are enjoying your high horse Scotty, but to bluntly say that I am in "error" is frankly a little rude. I thought your article was well written. I'm not defending MLC, I'm just addressing that there are 2 sides to the coin. The date for your article is 11/4; MLC was already having issues by then, and I have no idea how many times you have updated it. I agree with you on a lot of points, and I'm not even promoting MLC. I never said the FTC complaint was a matter of 'Opinion.' I'

Well, we just view it differently. I am proud to have alerted everyone regarding the FTC complaint, which is not a matter of opinion but a matter of record. And MLC "came apart" because it was nothing but another attempt by J.R. Jackson to scam innocent people. And you are in error. Notice the date I posted this article. I exposed the truth long before MLC started coming apart.

I think it is jumping the gun to either call them a 'scam' or the 'real deal.' When I was first approached by it, it was by reputable marketers, so I listened carefully. I even did some investigation on JR, and spoke with him and Chad West. FTC thing never came up anywhere in my research...
...It wasn't until after MLC starting coming apart that the information for that surfaced. I think JR and MLC meant to put a solid business together, but the growth caused issues that they weren't rea

I got my first order bonus from 2 sales and the founders pool ($0.84). The reason why many got only 84 cents is that nobody in there downline bought leads.

That is very good news, Herbert. I am getting emails from many people telling me that their commission amount was 84 cents. Hope you did better than that.

Thanks for that article, I had mixed feelings when I started and my feelings were getting worse after every conference call. I stopped promoting it as well and tried to withdraw my money I earned, I hope I'll get it.

Nothing new there Scotty. It's the normal response. You could put a big steaming pile of feces in front of people and call it exactly what it is, and the damage control team will show up to say it is chocolate.

It should be noted that Mike Maasbach removed his comment placed this morning in which he asserted that NO ONE had paid My Lead Company any money to date, which is an outright lie. I responded to his comment, but he obviously chose to delete it. It is also obvious that he and other members have brewed up a fresh batch of koolaid and are doing damage control. I stand by the allegations I detailed in my article, which were backed up by FACTS and the appropriate links given.

FYI- I did talk with many people, as MLC is in compliance with all the FTC , and laws to any on-line Business, as in a New Company Launching will always have a issue, as for myself and or any other marketer should always be aware of The Company and or Business we begin to start or to get into. I owe JR an apology, I have just had so many trial and errors and I have been scammed I have also lost a lot of Money. However as to date Mr Jackson has done everything that he has told in any training th

What a shame, I am in my lead company, However after almost 4 weeks of no Launch after being told it would be. Something just didn't feel right to me so I stopped immediately promoting. I received my 100 free leads, However they were the same as everyone else. I remember when you were banned from the skype Scotty, and I did notice a few things on the calls he talks very fast. when a question is asked he immediately mutes, and on to the next? I didn't pay into to MLC, However I have many friends
