 1. Make sure the back of the body has support

Don’t be stingy to spend money buying ergonomic chairs. This chair is designed to support the body and reduce stress on the spine and muscles while you are sitting. Yet due to the constraints of current life, a creative and simple solution is to place a small pillow behind your body. These pillows help maintain a good sitting posture while working out.

2. Adjust the height of the seat.

Adjust the height of the chair so that your feet and hands can be in a straight and comfortable position and the feet should be on the floor. If the chair is not height -adjustable, use a small bench or pillow to keep the feet in place. Also, make sure your hands are in an “L” shape and keep the hands not too far from the body to avoid excessive pressure on the muscles in the shoulders.

3. Place your feet on the floor

In a comfortable sitting position, the soles of the feet should lie flat on the floor. Career women are very beautiful and elegantly dressed wearing high heels but in a long sitting position, it is best to remove them. No one knows you took it off. In addition, make sure the knee can bend in a 90 -degree position.

4. Adjust the computer screen

Try to adjust your computer screen to eye level. A computer screen that is too low or too high can cause your neck to ache.

5. Take “5”

Normal working hours are 8 hours a day. Preferably, do not keep sitting! Take a little time or rest for a while to make sure your back and muscles are not “overworked. Get up and move every 20 to 30 minutes to walk and stretch the muscles.
