He branded himself in more ways than one and KFC dropped that when they decided they no longer wanted to be Kentucky Fried Chicken. I remember the red and white roof that was standard on every Kentucky Fried Chicken. Just like every Howard Johnson''s had an orange roof. About the only franchise that has stayed true to the branding the creator came up with id the Golden Arch place. And if you don't know who I mean, then you must be a clown! lol!

That's just how recognizable KFC used to be.

Sorry, the 'Slaw makes a mess in the tele-porter. They changed to KFC because they wanted to take "Fried" out of the name. The customers said "we still knowed it's fried, LOL". Nice inspirational article Kevin...:-) I hear the points on how people kept pushing and never giving up. Carving out that niche is much harder than it looks. I think passion is a big part of it but I also think stamina is the driving force... Never Say Never, Right? @ Philippe- I think that using KFC is representative of how lazy we can truly be!!!
