Some Starbucks Coffees Very High In Calories
When it comes to counting the calories in coffee you need to take a close look at some of Starbucks coffees.
At the low end of the range the 354 ml coffee, iced, tall, Starbucks with just 4 calories is not going to do the average dieter much harm.
But at the top of the calorie range the 354 ml Frappuccino, Mocha, With Whip & Syrup, Tall, Starbucks with 331 calories would prove disastrous to anyone’s efforts to lose weight if too many were consumed in a day.
It is the coffees with all the extras, which no doubt swell Starbucks’ coffers, that are such bad news for those who want a slimmer figure.
Each little extra that you add to your basic coffee adds a large number of calories. Sad but true that we can’t put in the extra goodies without adding extra calories.
Taste comes with a heavy calorie price tag.

Hi Lisa,
Yes coffee itself is without calories (or close) and it a spoonful of cream and a bit of sugar sounds safe enought but it all sums up.

Yes, those delicous calories in cream in sugar. I dont' frequent Star Bucks, but my own coffee pot at home, quite a bit. Along with obtaining a "Muffin Top" (extra fat above your jeans..lol) I was also starting to put on some unwanted pounds. I finally realized one day, just how many extra calories I was consuming by drinking so much cream and sugar with my coffee.
What a difference cuttting back as made on my waist line.
