Anxiety Attacks Speaker at Conference
Have you ever seen anyone have an anxiety attack right in the middle of a presentation? It’s not a pretty sight I can assure you.
On this occasion you could see the build-up happening before your very eyes. The speaker started to stumble over his words. He became flushed and started to perspire. He was obviously having more and more difficulty concentrating on what he was trying to say.
In the end he just gave up and walked off the stage, obviously in a state of great distress.
None of that needed to happen if he had just possessed a few basic self control tools. Anxiety can be brought under control, even when it creeps up on you at a moment when it’s least wanted.
I will be making a new video series on coping with anxiety in the near future, but in the meantime there are a lot of very useful techniques in the free Magic Hats program. So, if you suffer from anxiety just click here and collect your 12 free videos.

Interesting. I had that happen to me once. Gosh, it was horrible. Perhaps not as bad as this person though, fortunately. I had to make a presentation for my entrepreneur college class in order to pass the classs. Guess it's proof, you can do what you have to do.
I could not even look up at the class. As soon as I stood in front of the podium I froze, my face felt like 105 degrees...Ouch!
I heard that "Toast Masters" is good. I am a very shy person, and I get anxiety going to big partie

The poor man! It will make it worse for him the next time he has
to do a presentation.
Can relate to it, as used to sufffer from panic attacks myself.
Not that it's ever 100% cured, unfortunately, but one learns to
cope, and find coping strategies which work for you.
