Article Word Count Tool
As I often need to count the words in articles I have written, I decided to put up a page including a handy script for a "word count" tool.
All you do is paste in your article, and it will tell you how many words you have written.

There are a few other tools and scripts there which I use regularly. I may even add more as I get time, as it is helpful to me to have everything I need in the one place.
If anyone has any suggestions for tools they would like to see there, feel free to let me know and I'll see what I can do. It might as well be useful to everyone!

Thanks, but you make it sound much more generous than it really is! I just like having all the things I use in the same place, and if other people can benefit, well, that's good! I'm glad it is of use. It counts the spaces between words, so keep an eye on double spacing at the end of sentences.

Nice one Penny. Here is a metatag anaylizer tool I use although it does not work so great on Apsense. Maybe you have a similiar better one?
