11 Tips For Social Media Marketing
Social media marketing is one of the most important strategies in the online marketing, if you use it wisely, it will increase your sales and profit. Posting blogs, videos and links will not increase traffic to your website. If you would like to increase the traffic to your website follow these simple tips:
1. Post Good Article: Frequently update your blog with educational, inspiring and awesome content that is so compelling that people want to share it and it is the first step to build your blog's audience. Giving people something interactive that is also useful to them, helps your site get embedded in the memory of your customers.
2 .Write good headlines: Learn to write interesting or useful headlines for your blogs. Adding something interactive on your site that will make users come back again and again is another way to generate web traffic.
3. Use Like button: Place a Facebook share button at the top of all posts and Include a Facebook ‘like box’ near the top right side of the blog so people can ‘like’ your Facebook page even while they are on your blog. Later they will become a fan of your page.
4. Use RSS feed: Setting up an RSS feed button on your blog makes it easy for your reliable readers to not just read your blog but also know when you publish new content. Provide subscribe buttons so people can follow you on other sites like (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
5. Join in Discussion groups: Interact with other members of the blog, respond to all comments on your Facebook pages and other sites in a timely fashion, and join in discussion groups in the Social media sites.
6. Use Better Tags: It takes extra few seconds to add tags in your blogs, but it is worthy, when people search in search engines, this helps easy to find your blog and increase your web traffic.
7. Add URL in Search Engine: Add your URL in google search engine, simply adding your blog to search engines doesn't mean your pages will appear at the top of a Google search results page, but at least your blog will be included and will have the chance of being picked up by a search engine.
8. Submit your Blog: Add your blog's url in popular social networking sites like Facebook, twitter, linkedin, etc.
9. Follow people in Twitter: Follow more people in twitter and other sites that relate with your business, location and services.
10. ROI (Retun on Interaction): In Social media marketing creating profiles and doing nothing will not create leads.Do not push your products and services frequently, try to interact with people always, remember interaction is the backbone of social marketing.
11. Offers and Discounts: Give special offers and discounts through social media sites. If you have any programming skills you can develop special application for your fans in facebook pages. The people who follow you in social media sites may become your customers also.

I would like to ad that when people join a social media site they must read the TOS. Even if their native language is not English. On APSense there is a translator in the tool bar. People should always read the TOS of any program and due some research on who the owner is and than perform a search for the owner. If there is evidence of fraud or scam you better not join it. If you do join it that is everybody's choice. However promoting those on APSense is in viloation of APSense TOS.
