Food to Boost Your Immune System
Here is a list of what you should include in your daily diet, to boost your immune system.
• Flavonoids: Apples, onion, (green) tea and red wine (if you don’t drink red wine already, no need to start!)
• Beta-carotene: Carrots, spinach, parsley, tomatoes, broccoli
• Vitamin E: Sunflower seeds, dried beans, nuts, asparagus, spinach, broccoli, plant oils, oak, whole wheat bread.
• Vitamin C: Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, flower coal, pepper fruits (red is best), orange juice, orange, kiwi and strawberry.
