I was hypnotized by my father's work as a Social anthropologist and dreamed of following in his footsteps. All the information about different cultures and in particular his work on the different African Tribes.

I am not an Anthropologist however, I was fortunate to acquire other traits from my father. Ask more of you want to know more.

Let's make this an interesting game of getting to know each other.

I really enjoy this 'game' \\(^_^)//
So you wanted to be an anthropologist. That sounds interesting! o_o And especially Africa.... wow. It's like a never-depelting source of culture @_@
Why did you choose a nother path?

Hope you don't mind asking so much about that. If you do, then an other question:
Do you have pets or do you want to own one? :)

We moved from South Africa to Israel when I was 15 years old and things changed. As I grew older and a tiny bit wiser I realized that I would rather love my father's path as self-study and general knowledge for me. I somehow got into the business world and that is where I am today.

As far as pets goes, I have had 3 dogs and a 2 meter fish tank. Today I have none however, I am looking for a new fish tank to buy.
Fish are very relaxing, quiet and don't make a noise.

Hi Monika and Wayne,

I have a dream to tour the world once my younger children are at an age where they are independent. I like meeting people from all over and seeing, learning new cultures.

Hi David,

What is the best advice you ever received, and from whom did you receive it?

Hi Lisa,

I speak English and Hebrew. I would like to learn Chinese and Spanish some time. I probably will when in the near future when I will have some more fee time.

Hi Karen,

The best advice I ever received was when I was a young boy and my Uncle sad to me, "David, if you want something, Don't ever give up till you get it or there, just remember never to harm people on the way intentionally. Absorb, understand and pass on to make room for to absorb more"

Hi, back again for a few minutes. Busy this week and next so, please forgive me.

Hi Yuki,

I would like to move to New Zealand if I had a chance. Hagit (my wonderful wife) unfortunately would not leave Israel unless it is for a vacation only.
Then again, we cannot foresee the future.

Wow! Collette, thanks for the compliment. I do find spare time because I believe in working sensibly and with a plan in order to have free time with family, friends and myself.
I read, visit coffee bars with friends at least 4 times a week in the morning. Lunch out at least twice a week. During the week I am usually at home with the family and entertaining friends. On the weekends we usually go to a club or bar and on Saturdays short trips with the kids.
In about 1 hour I am to Tel Aviv to spend the weekend with my brother who is here from abroad.

I recently saw a documentary on Africa and how a beautiful town was destroyed because of mining for diamonds. Were you/your family ever in fear for your life because of this history?
