Nominated Visa 190- this is a permanent residency visa, where the
applicants can live and work anywhere in Australia. Visa 19 requires to
get sponsorship from the state or territory of Australia. Also getting
the nomination from the state or territory of Australia will give you an
additional 5 points for the overall immigration process.

Skilled
Regional Nominated Visa 489- This is a temporary residency visa which
is for four years, after completing the time period of 4 years and
meeting the eligibility criteria you can apply for permanent residency.
This is a regional visa which will give you 10 points towards your
immigration score.
