Good networking also cuts costs if you have a low budget and cannot spend on ads and expensive employment agencies. HR managers rely on referrals a lot and this can happen only if the placement cell employees invest time and effort into effective networking and reaching out to well-connected people. Effective use of Social Media is another important aspect that needs to be covered.
