Inspiration is the key to motivation

by Sheila Thomas

Being inspired by someone you know or work with daily is a motivational

tool to your success. You may be involved in a major project that you are

not comfortable doing but you do it anyway with no motivation of finishing

the project. You will never find a way to handle certain projects if you do not

open your mouth and ask for help.

See so many people fall into this category because pride steps in and takes over.

We need to bury pride and ask someone that have the capabilities of showing you

how, when, why and where? These individuals are not to disintegrate you but to

motivate you to acquire the necessary skills needed to complete a project. With

this said being motivated through someone enlightens the inspiration in you to

complete the project and knowledge to inspire or motivate others that come under

you.

All of us have been in a situation that we needed to be shown how to complete, start

a project rather it be Internet Marketing, new job, raising a family, furthering our

education and there are others to chose from. We were not born in this world knowing

everything we had to be taught. Through the teachings we learned that in order to

achieve a goal we first must be motivated and have the inspiration of doing the

necessary requirement to get there.

As an internet marketer I came in not understanding one thing until I met someone

who was currently a marketer online. Through the words of knowledge and experience

was enough motivation for me to try it. Upon receiving my first marketing program I

had the inspiration of making money good money online, meeting new friends since I

was a loner. This was very detrimental in my eye sights. I have met my goal to be a

successful internet marketer and now a motivational speaker with words of inspiration

to those that see themselves as I did making money.

Making money online does not happen overnight it takes a lot of research and

understanding of how the system works and whom you work for depending on the

programs you chose. Not to say that this would not be a motivation but a test of skills

and how to take the good with the bad and make good decisions. Recognizing the

concepts of motivation and inspiration will open avenues to greater things, if you

block all negativity and stay positive through motivating yourself and enjoy what

you do.

No one can be successful if they’re not enjoying and having fun. This is what it is all

about. Have fun and see how much inspiration and motivation you have for yourself

and towards others.

Apsense has been a great opportunity for me to explore what actually goes on
in a social networking group of friends.
Being involve in social networking has opened my eyes to become more active
in the marketing world and has made me realize that it is more to marketing than
just joining programs, setting up web sites, promoting, advertisings, emailing.
Those things were a thing of the past even though they may still exists but the
most important aspect of marketing is in the writing getting the word out.
I would like to thank my sponsor for such great inspiration and motivation.
I would also like to thank Juenelle for being there when I need here and just
love her comments, this is what makes me smile.
I would like to extend my thanks to Apsense for being what it is.
And to everyone else thank you for accepting me into the Apsense network of
friends.
I would like to wish everyone here at Apsense a Safe and Happy Holiday Season
and remember before you spend out think of me ;--) I am you friend ain't I ?

I learned this when I was supervising women inmates. The other supervisors would get so frustrated with the inmates and their jobs because 'they just could not get them to do anything'.....well DUH!!!
They were inmates. They didn't get paid.....but yet they were making products that were paying us and other state employees...and well keeping them 'locked up'.
But I found away around all that because everyday I inspired them (which really they were inspiring me)...I would always come in every day with a smile on my face and ready to get it done! I explain this further in a blog...but although I was doing this daily and it def was helping me. I was really my own prisoner.
Inspiration is the key to motivation and motivation is the key to happiness...and happiness is the key to SUCCESS!

And when inmates would be released an onto their new life. I was the one they wrote thanking me over and over again for my inspiration to them. And I believe they are successful now. Pay it forward. I taught them how to work, supervise...and they finally learned how it works.
Now...I am not saying they ALL did this. I am not that naive! But I know they will always remember me (all for the good). That is such a great feeling!

I have reread my comment..and think you may all wonder 'how exactly did I inspire them'
Well...it would take me forever to go into depth on exactly. But the main way was to realize that we all are human and make mistakes. Some worse(WAY worse than others)
And some...well...no need to go there.
But I could always point out who was ready for a change and who wasn't. But no matter what I treated none any different. Working with inmates, you have SO MANY RULES to follow..naturally. And I definitely followed all of them. But even then...I knew they were still human. I would in my own mind put myself in their shoes...and treat them the way I would want to be treated. Well it all came out to the same. To inspire...with a smile, a compliment, a phrase, praises.....any and everything that I could possibly give! And the feeling I had just doing it.....and their smiles and thank yous....made me higher than on cloud nine...!

Hi, Here are some of my paintings. I like landscapes, still life in cool colors and presently I am experimenting with abstract. Take time to look at my work. Relax. My work conveys my feelings and my views of life. I am not physically present but my painting is an expression of my inner feelings and emotions. I would like to know your inner reactions to what you see. You can leave a comment at the botton of this page, send me an email or call me. I appreciate any comment you make.
