Eat small amounts but frequent. Keep a diet of vegetables and herbs. Add some nuts and dates. Fresh fruits like coconut and mango. If you have to eat meat then go with chicken and fish. Exercise daily about 10 minutes a day...Don't eat after you exercise. Stay away from food for at least 2 hours. Instead replenish your body with juice and water.

Ya need to have the will to want to lose weight and my personal opinion that I know that really works and is healthy not just for weight loss but for all round health reasons is detox your body on a regular basis. A simple process of buying a box of chinese tea and having it at least 3 -4 mornings of the week, for at least half a day. It cleans your body system and I personally use it myself and can tell ya it works like a charm.
