Why the Growth of a Church Matters a Lot?
Whenever an article gets published about the significance of a church’s growth, there’s a lot of defensiveness; plus, sometimes, you’ll even get to view umpteen pseudo-spiritual comments. You’ll hear or read many believers saying indignantly, “A church—whether big or small—is a church.”
And this fact is indisputable—a church is the Lord’s home; regardless of its size, a home will be a home. History has several examples that even a small-sized church has done countless good things for the humankind.
However, whenever a religious body grows, it’s beneficial for the entire community. If the church becomes big, the number of attendees will soar, too. Imagine what a big church can do if a small one can contribute so much. A big one can spread the Lord’s message in every corner of the world come what may. Which is why, the emphasis is always put on growing the church so that it can serve better.
A church’s growth must always be discussed as on it rests the life of billions of people who’re still astray. And the best way to let the churches grow by leaps and bounds is to share the gospel. We should celebrate the growth and the fineness of the gospel rather than being overly critical about everything in life.
Another way of letting a church grow is by focusing on the spiritual needs of everyone who’s outside the church. That’s right because a church should focus on the spiritual growth of the non-believers as much as the growth of the believers.
Similar growth has been experienced by Christ Embassy. The Embassy is managed by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome who does a lot of spiritual work to spread the message of Christ. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has done marvelous hard work in preserving the message of the Lord and persevering to spread His wisdom and words to all and sundry.
Thanks to his Lord-gifted healing capacities, the man of God has healed countless people from their ills and their inner demons. The healing sessions are presented in a program named the ‘Night of Bliss’ that’s successfully held in not only Nigeria but also South Africa and Canada.
Under the guidance of Rev. Chris Oyakhilome (PhD), Christ Embassy pastors have become spiritually more productivity. If you’ve got the time, we’d suggest visiting Pastor Chris’s religious ministry. The spiritually energetic atmosphere will help you to realize and experience that the Almighty’s power is boundless.
