Jennifer’s
objective of mentor coaching
is to facilitate the growth in both your mastery of skills and confidence
level. She focuses on unleashing your suppressed power, making you more aware
of your skills in cultivating real transformation.
Her
program as a whole satisfies the ICF requirements for mentor coaching, allowing
7 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of one-on-one mentoring. She also
conducts mentoring sessions for ICF requirements in at least three months.
One-on-One
sessions
The
advantage of one-on-one mentoring is that you receive individualized attention.
You walk away with a broader and better understanding of your demonstrated
strengths and recommended areas of growth. The relationship between you and
Jennifer will basically be based on acknowledgment, support, and kindness.
Group
Mentoring
The
advantages of group mentoring include not just developing skillsets, but also
being in the hands of a coaching community where everyone’s knowledge is
embraced and acknowledged. Jennifer’s teaching and learning approaches are fluid
as she welcomes all perspectives. In each session, there is a live coaching
session. You will take turns being the coach, client, and observer as well.
Jennifer
will also provide LIVE feedback on your coaching skills demonstrated during the
session – of course, it will follow an interactive discussion. You will be
motivated to bring real work coaching problems to the group for a thorough
discussion, hence practice.
