MCC mentor coach training course for a confident submission of ICF credentialing application
Mentor coaching is when a more experienced coach provides you with mentoring through a collaborative and dialogued approach, drawing on their years of experience and coach training. The ICF (International Coaching Federation) coaching supports action planning with accountability approaches and provides a space for reflection and professional development opportunities to the mentee coach. It deepens your active listening, build your confidence as a coach, and helps you practice in the moment with increased presence and effective questioning. The purpose of MCC (Master Certified Coach) training is to help you grow your coaching capability specifically related to coaching at the master level. It upgrades your clear and direct communication and prepares you for a confident submission of your MCC credentialing application.
