The highest credential provided by the International Coaching Federations is the Master Certified Coach (MCC), which is obtained by mentor coaching in a framework that has been approved and validated (ICF). You must meet some minimal requirements in order to receive an MCC credential, such as you should:

• Possess a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation that is current.

• Attended 200 hours of educational coursework;

• Have completed 2,500 hours of client coaching

But it's crucial to receive qualifying education in a format that has been approved from a qualified MCC coach who has appropriate coaching experience. If you want to apply for the ICF's MCC credential, Powerhouse Coaching has a highly qualified MCC coach in Jennifer Powers, who has trained more than 2000 coaches worldwide and clocked more than 30,000 hours of coaching time. As a qualified ICF Assessor and a Registered ICF Mentoring Coach who has mentored MCC applicants since 2019, Jennifer Powers is well-versed in what it takes to advance your coaching abilities and obtain the MCC credential.

Powerhouse Instruction offers MCC credential coaching to seasoned PCC coaches with the following goals in mind:

Develop the coaches' awareness of themselves and the shifts necessary to coach at the Master level. Assist coaches in locating and bringing their distinctive coach selves to the MCC coaching session. Prepare coaches for a confident submission of their MCC application. Expose coaches to a variety of MCC styles through approved coach recordings.

• Cohort members' assistance, information sharing, and pleasant vibes

The coaches will be able to gauge their level of confidence in becoming Master Certified coaches after completing the course. Powerhouse Coaching offers a 75-hour MCC credential program that satisfies ICF requirements for the number of mentoring hours required to submit an application. Along with their MCC application, students must also submit two session recordings for evaluation.

For the MCC certificate, the 75 hours of coaching are broken down into 39 synchronous and 36 asynchronous hours.

39 Synchronous Hours: The 39 synchronous hours, which are entirely virtual and given via Zoom, are devoted to comprehending, assimilating, and applying the eight ICF core competencies. Instructions, moderated conversations, coaching practice, and feedback are all included in the 90-minute sessions, which also feature four 2-hour Practice Clinics. The curriculum also includes the necessary three hours of individualized mentor coaching each participant plus the seven hours of group mentor coaching.

Asynchronous hours of 36: This entails a mix of coaching and receiving coaching, journaling, independent reading, as well as hearing and analyzing a range of MCC level coaching sessions. Outside of class time, students form a community and use the online discussion board to present their research. Each student is assigned a friend with whom they can practice, talk, and get support outside of class. For the MCC credential, all course materials are presented in English.

The MCC certificate course curriculum is offered over the course of 22 weeks. Basics, in-depth exploration, self-development, and individualized mentor coaching will all be covered throughout the course. There are a maximum of 10 students in the program, and the participants are expected to dedicate roughly two hours each week to extracurricular learning activities. To enroll in the MCC Credential  course, participants must currently hold an active ICF PCC certificate that is in good standing
