Hi guys…

Today I am going to tell you about the role of a healthy diet. Before proceeding, I would like to ask you all- Are you aware of the food items which are nutritional for your body?

If you don’t know, no need to worry. I will be discussing that too.

First of all, let us know the role of diet in our overall well-being. Mind and body need nutrients for their nourishment. However, in this jet-set age, the percentage of nutrients is declining following today’s food culture which leads to an unhealthy diet. This unbalanced diet leads to various health maladies including depression and anxiety.

Trauma therapy in Austin is widely acknowledged as the best treatment for anxiety. Apart from this, Dr. bridges- a therapist near Austin lists some nutritional food items which can be included in the daily diet to get proper nutrients, minerals, and vitamins and you will see the drastic improvements in your anxiety levels.

Almonds: - Almonds are a good source of magnesium. 75 mg of magnesium can be gained by around 12 almonds. You can consume them during snack time when you are feeling hungry or in the utter need for sweetness. You can even combine them with oats, chocolate chips, or whatever you like.

Asparagus: - It was found that people with depression and anxiety face folate deficiency. And, to fulfill this deficiency, asparagus is the best vegetable which does wonder by increasing the mood-boosting nutrient. One cup of Asparagus has 2/3 of folate value.

Kale: - Kale (Arugula) is rich in beta-carotene and vitamin E that assists in increasing antioxidant levels and proper brain functioning.

Salmon: - Salmon is liked by many of you. It is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids which are good in relieving stress. With the right balance of nutrients, our brain works properly; hence, stress is kept at bay.

Blueberries: - Useful in relieving out all the stress, thereby, relaxing the nerves. It contains antioxidants and vitamin c which protects our body cells. So, whenever you crave for sugar, get some blueberries. This is also suggested by the therapist near Austin-dr. bridges.
