What Does Integration Communication Mean for Brands?

by Genesis BM PR Agency
Few years ago, companies had to go to different vendors to meet their media, strategy, planning and execution efforts. Nowadays, to become more efficient and avoid a drain of resources – companies provide integrated communication solutions. One vendor looks after all activities over all mediums for a client. Once the agency understands the client’s brief they can have uniform execution of the Integrated communications matrix. Such strategies help in retaining clients for longer period.

Integrated Communications in India are the mandate in today’s time as clients do not have so much time to find different agencies for different services so if they find an agency that offers all services under one roof, they are more likely to hire that agency.

Though it is a simple concept but highly effective as all forms of communications and messages are carefully linked together. However, the art of executing the same has not been so promising. Brand managers and creative agencies come up with brilliant ideas but when it comes to execution they lack the ability to perform. In today’s world where ideas need to be brilliant and perform equally well, the only way to get a positive response to have consistent messaging for the brand across all the campaigns.

In India currently, there are no. of agencies that claim to provide brand solutions, but it is very important to understand and associate with an agency that is efficient to advice a feasible integrated communication plan.  The point of integration is to have a consistent voice while maximizing the strengths of each platform used to send across message. True integrated communication delivers the brand’s message effectively on both online and offline platforms.
