Update the Sound Driver

You need to follow the instructions listed below.

  1. Go to the Windows icon and right-click on it.
  2. Click on Device Manager.
  3. Then select the ‘Sound, video, and game controllers’ option and expand it.
  4. You should choose the Sound card and launch it.
  5. Navigate to the tab of the Driver and click on it.
  6. Now, click on the ‘Update driver’ button.

Run the Audio Troubleshooter

Checking Sound Settings
