•Then in that oil put one tablespoon cumin seed and just let them crackle.
•When you are done with it, add a cup of water and one and half spoon of turmeric powder and boil for half an hour.
•Now add the fried Hilsa pieces. Cut green chillies into half and add to the curry then cook for few minutes. Hilsa curry is ready and you can eat this with steamed rice.
