The Holy Bible’s Truth Will Always Matter
Every word in the Bible is true; now, there must be several dissenting tones that will follow this statement.
These tones will be chiefly emanated from three groups of readers, including those:
Who are not Christians
Who are new to Christianity
Who are embracing Christianity progressively
And the truth of the Bible will, sadly, be laughable to any sceptic who has been morbidly influenced by the progresses of technology and science. However, it is a free world; and everyone is allowed to make their choices.
Nevertheless, for those readers who are still on this page and reading this piece, there is a request to read Standing on the Promises: The Autobiography of W.A. Criswell. After reading Criswell’s words, your faith on God being the Supreme Being will strengthen; His words and teachings hold water under any circumstances.
In this autobiography, there is a section where a seminary student (in a graduate class) asks Dr Criswell about the formidability of his faith in the words of the Bible. Dr Criswell understood the pain of delusions (because he, too, had endured similar pains); and which is why he answered the question without making any allusions or without introducing confusions.
“No, son,” I said quietly. Then, after a long pause, I added, “Trust the Word. Never quit believing it, all of it. Use your brain to the limit,” I said, encouraging the young man to use every intellectual power at his command to study the Word. “But what you cannot understand, accept on faith, and God will honor your faithfulness.”
D. Criswell and many more scholarly pastors emphasize the significance and the power of the faith on Lord. There may be countless courses where you will have to tread; however, never ever abandon the path that is paved and shown by Jesus, for it is that path alone that will enlighten the mind and invigorate the soul.
Such similar sentiments are even echoed by Rev. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (PhD). He is a Nigerian pastor who has spread the divine message and invaluable words of Christ to all and sundry. Whether it is a healing session or Internet television, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has propagated the holy message in different parts of the world—Canada, South Africa, to name a few.
He has even established the Christ Embassy International after which he has assumed the responsibility of changing the lives of fellow brothers and sisters positively worldwide.
