Clients receiving ICF group mentor coaching gain the confidence that they need to benefit clients, leaders and organizations as a whole. 10 hours of mentor coaching is required for ACC (Associate Certified Coach), PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and MCC (Master Certified Coach) credentials by the International Coach Federation. 7 out of these 10 hours can come through group mentoring. Additionally, clients are required to receive a minimum of 125 hours of live coaching instructions for PCC certification and a minimum of 200 hours of live coaching instructions for MCC certifications. For ACC credential, at least 60 hours of coach-specific training through an ACTP (Accredited Coaching Training Program) or ACSTH (Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours) program is required by the ICF.
