ICF group mentor coaching requirement for various credentialing levels
Clients receiving ICF group mentor
coaching gain the confidence that they need to benefit clients, leaders and
organizations as a whole. 10 hours of mentor coaching is required for ACC
(Associate Certified Coach), PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and MCC (Master
Certified Coach) credentials by the International Coach Federation. 7 out of
these 10 hours can come through group mentoring. Additionally, clients are
required to receive a minimum of 125 hours of live coaching instructions for
PCC certification and a minimum of 200 hours of live coaching instructions for
MCC certifications. For ACC credential, at least 60 hours of coach-specific
training through an ACTP (Accredited Coaching Training Program) or ACSTH
(Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours) program is required by the ICF.

required prior to submitting an application to the International Coach
