A: There are two reasons: 1) the factory server is under maintenance, please wait for some time. 2) The network connection is unable to connect to the factory server, how to solve? Try the following three steps:
1. Open command windows ( StartMenu -> Run -> type “cmd” -> OK )
2. Type “ipconfig /flushdns” to flush DNS resolver cache
3. Type “ping xhorse.gicp.net” to check connection to server.

Q: After use Super VAG 2.0 to complete change mileage, the car can’t start.
A: Please try to the following operation:
1) Please back to the old mileage value with Super VAG 2.0, maybeIt hasn’t complete change mileage before you stop it, and then the dashboard freeze and the car can’t start.
2) Select the option “Other” in the plus 2.0 menu to reset RB8.
3) Back to the old mileage value with the VAG commander software of VVDI , choose K-LINE dashboard, and set the immobilizer to “6″.

Q: When I use Super VAG K+CAN Plus 2.0 to correct mileage for 2008 VW Touran 1.9 TDI, I got error code (10).
A: You choose a wrong protocol (as: nec24c32, nec24c64) or your car model is not supported by Super VAG K+CAN Plus 2.0.
