Sand Washing Machine Bearing Failure and maintenance
Sand washing machine, the shaft is supported for rotation by a bearing, so bearings are the heaviest part of the load, but also easy to wear parts.
① troubleshooting
Operation examination: Rolling short of oil, will hear “Gulugulu” sound;
If you hear is not continuous “stalk stalk” of sound, may be bearing
steel ring rupture. Bearing mixed with sand and other debris with mild
wear or bearing parts, it will produce a slight noise.
INSPECTION AFTER REMOVAL: first look at the bearing rolling elements,
inside and outside rims for damage, corrosion, scars, and then hand
pinch the bearing inner ring, bearings and settle, pushing the other
hand just outside the circle, if bearing good the outer steel ring
should be smooth rotation, rotation without vibration and obvious
catching phenomenon, stopped after the outer rims no backsliding.
Otherwise, it means the bearing can not be used again. Stuck left outer,
right hand and hold the inner rim, push hard in all directions, it was
very loose if the push is badly worn.
② troubleshooting
Rust bearing outer surface of sandpaper can be used to erase, and then
placed in clean gasoline; or bearing cracks, fragmentation or bearing
inner and outer rings excessive wear, replace them with new bearings.
When replaced with new bearings, to use the same model with the original
bearings.
