Reach Out South Sudan in Juba City

A phenomenal compendium of the accurate teaching of God’s word today is the Rhapsody of Realities. This book is a powerful devotional laden with principles which anyone can apply to experience an abundant, victorious life in Christ. The booklet, also referred to as ‘Messenger Angel’, is also an effective tool for evangelism and members and partners of Christ Embassy around the world are on a mission to share the book with those who haven’t heard the word.

In the Southern Sudan capital, Juba, Partners of Christ Embassy recently distributed free copies of the book, authored by Pastor Chris, in their environs. The book has been translated into four of the five main languages spoken in the region Nuer, Dinka, Arabic and Bari. The fifth language is English, the language the Rhapsody of Realities is originally written. As these faithful servants of God handed out the 50,000 copies of Messenger Angel at no cost to the recipients, there was an air of excitement and gratitude. They walked for five kilometers and were joined by people of all walks along the way. One police officer had this to say after receiving his copy in Arabic: “We have never seen a people that are so patriotic about our nation than the partners and members of Christ Embassy South Sudan.”

Other recipients of the booklet could not hide their joy, “I can tell that our nation will never remain the same…this alone proves that God has visited this nation,” are some of the comments received as copies of the daily devotional were handed out. And they were absolutely right. Far from just a simple exercise of handing out Rhapsody of Realities, the outreach was part of a campaign to shine the light of Christ on Juba and the rest of the country. Christened Reach Out South Sudan, the campaign had the theme “Building our nation with God’s word, for lasting peace, stability and economic development.” In light of the recent news reports out of the country this was truly Godsent. But there was more in store for the people of Juba as men and women gave their lives to Christ and those with ailments received healing.

This is just the beginning of a mighty move of God in South Sudan.
