Paying A Tribute to Mothers By Bengal Chamber of Commerce on Women’s Day
Mothers, not only nurture the talent within but often protect them from father’s scolding too!Mothers are always a constant support system for all kids. So, to salute some of the mothers whose untiring toils, have been silently a part of the success stories of their sons and daughters, who have turned out to be achievers in their own fields, they were awarded recently at an event arranged by the Bengal Chamber of Commerce on the occasion of International Women’s Day, 8th March 2016. Powered by Simaaya Fashions, this gala event from 5.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. witnessed some extremely talented people along with their beautiful mothers at Williamson Magor Hall.About the Event
Ananya Onnomon put up a brilliant, excellent and mesmerizing
performance with which the event started.
Later on the evening, to name a few, mothers of Smt Koel
Mallick, Shri Dibyendu Barua, Shri Joy Sarkar, Shri Mir Afsar Ali, Shri Debang
Gandhi and Smt Lagnajita Chakraborty were awarded.
The event also witnessed a presentation and speech by renowned
physician and infertility specialist Dr Gautam Khastagir, who shared his invaluable views on “Dream come true for
Motherhood” as he narrated real life stories which were highly enriching for
all the audiences.
