Introduction:

As the name suggests, Paddle mixers makes use of drying technology that avoids back-mixing, which makes the machine very suitable for sludge drying. The sludges are retained long enough and they are mixed with average time at 100 degrees Celsius making it possible for pasteurization and hygienic treatment of sludge. 

One of the main advantage is the moisture level of sludge can be chosen for the end product. Thus, making the machine suitable for partial drying to 30 – 40% dry solids, which is required prior to inclination of sludge.

The Paddle Mixers are highly suitable for mixing the materials having high viscosity by mixing dry materials with liquids or binders. These mixers are designated from finest grade stainless steel and carbon steel along with the employment of sophisticated techniques to ensure quick and exceptional mixing applicability. Retention time:

As the product moves through the machine, the paddles ensure that the product is well mixed and that it flows easily through the machine. The paddles give excellent mixing in radial direction. The product is not mixed in axial direction. As it moves further into the machine, the product increasingly meets the end specifications with preservation of the plug flow. An even flow (plug flow) through the machine gives each product particle a more or less identical retention time and ensures a high uniform end-product.
