Maximize your coaching impact and confidence through group mentor coaching for PCC

by Powerhouse Coaching ICF certified mentor coach

Professional Coach Certification (PCC) is the second highest level of certification by the International Coach Federation (ICF). It is a highly recognized coaching credential for coaches across the globe.

For PCC mentor coaching, the coach learns to focus attention on what the client wants as well as on why they have a problem in the first place. With their core competency skills, the coach will help the client to handle their problem from a whole different perspective.

Demonstrating high ethical standards

PCC credential holders demonstrate knowledge and proficient application of ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and an understanding of the true definition of coaching. They show a commitment to high ethical standards and demonstrate competence in applying a variety of skills in their work with clients. A PCC credential must be renewed every three years, and the ICF requires at least 10 hours of group mentor coaching for PCC application or renewal through a qualified mentor coach having at least a PCC or MCC credential.
