(PCC) is the second highest level of certification by the International Coach
Federation (ICF). It is a highly recognized coaching credential for coaches
across the globe.
For PCC mentor coaching, the
coach learns to focus attention on what the client wants as well as on why they
have a problem in the first place. With their core competency skills, the coach
will help the client to handle their problem from a whole different
perspective.
Demonstrating high ethical standards
PCC credential holders
demonstrate knowledge and proficient application of ICF Core Competencies, Code
of Ethics, and an understanding of the true definition of coaching. They show a
commitment to high ethical standards and demonstrate competence in applying a
variety of skills in their work with clients. A PCC credential must be renewed
every three years, and the ICF requires at least 10 hours of group mentor
coaching for PCC application or renewal through a qualified mentor coach having
at least a PCC or MCC credential.

Group mentor coaching for PCC delves
into the ICF Core Competencies and allows coaches the opportunity to practice integrating
PCC marker behaviors into the client’s coaching style. PCC markers are also

Focus on observations, reflections and feedback
Of the 10 hours of group mentor coaching for PCC,
seven hours will be in a group setting, with not more than 10 participants in a
group. The final three hours will be in one-on-one conversations that you will
have with Jennifer Powers. The group mentor coaching will focus on all core
competencies for PCC and satisfy the ICF credentialing requirement for
Professional Certified Coach. She will provide critique and feedback to the
coach.

group and individual mentoring sessions for maximum learning impact. You will
learn in an experiential format consisting of live and recorded sessions, and
